Terms of service

These terms cover Overhand's paid hosted services (Pro and Team). The Overhand software itself is licensed separately, under the FSL-1.1 licence in its repository, and these terms don't change that licence.

Who you're dealing with

The seller is Craftly Oy (Finland). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase.

What you pay for

• Pro: the hosted relay that lets your browser reach the Overhand on your computer from anywhere, push notifications through the hosted page, and backup and sync once it ships.
• Team: the same for each seat, from two seats, plus team features as they ship.
• Everything that runs on your own computer is free, and never stops working because of a payment.

Billing

• Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing page; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Seat changes on Team are prorated by Paddle from the day you make them.
• Prices may change. A change applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before it does.

The hosted service

• The relay only signs you in and connects your browser to your computer. Your dashboard's data flows directly between them, encrypted, and doesn't pass through our servers except through Cloudflare's TURN relay when your network requires it, still encrypted end to end.
• We aim to keep the relay available but don't promise uninterrupted service. When it's unreachable, Overhand on your computer keeps working as usual.
• Don't use the service to break the law, to attack others or to overload it on purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Overhand runs coding agents with the credentials you give them. You're responsible for what you let them do. To the extent the law allows, our liability for the hosted service is limited to what you paid for it in the last twelve months.
